We pack every order like it contains something we’d want to pull ourselves — because it does. Here’s everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our hands.

Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, and destination and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase — no surprises.
Local Pickup
Prefer to skip shipping altogether? You can pick up your online order in person at our Sioux Falls store. Select Local Pickup at checkout and we’ll have your order ready within one business day. We’ll send you an email when it’s ready.

Packaging
Sealed booster boxes and collector boxes are packed with care — we use appropriately sized boxes with protective padding to prevent damage in transit. We do not ship booster boxes in padded envelopes. If a product is particularly high-value, we may add additional protective packaging at no extra charge.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Carrier selection is made at our discretion to ensure the best delivery experience for your order.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use that number directly on the carrier’s website to follow your package. If your tracking hasn’t updated in more than 3 business days after shipment, contact us and we’ll look into it.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to weather, carrier volume, or events outside our control. We are not responsible for carrier delays, but we will always do our best to help resolve issues.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please first check with neighbors and any safe spots around your property. If it still cannot be located, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will work with the carrier to investigate. We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the correct address, but we will do our best to help.
Shipping Damage
If your package arrives visibly damaged, photograph both the outer packaging and the contents before opening further. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with those photos and your order number. We will file a carrier claim and get you taken care of.
Pre-Order Shipping
Pre-order items ship as soon as stock arrives. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we will hold the entire order and ship together unless you contact us to request a split shipment. Estimated release dates are provided in good faith but are subject to change by the manufacturer.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time. Check back as we expand.
