We want you to be completely happy with your order. This policy explains what we can and can’t accept back, and how we handle issues when they come up.
Sealed Product
All sealed trading card product — booster boxes, booster packs, collector boxes, and similar items — are final sale once opened. This is standard across the trading card industry. We cannot accept returns on opened sealed product due to the nature of randomized pack contents.
If your sealed product arrives and has never been opened, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery provided:
- The item is in the same sealed, unopened condition as shipped
- All original packaging is intact
- You contact us before shipping anything back
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was described, we will make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damage or issue
- A brief description of the problem
Depending on the situation, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or a full refund — whichever makes the most sense for you.
Shipping Damage
We package every order carefully, but damage can occur in transit. If your package arrives with visible damage to the exterior box, please photograph both the outer packaging and the contents before opening further. This documentation helps us file a claim with the carrier and get you taken care of quickly.
Wrong Item Received
If we sent you the wrong item, we’ll cover the return shipping and get the correct item to you right away. Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll sort it out immediately.
Authenticity Guarantee
Every product we sell is sourced directly from authorized distributors and official channels. We are an authorized Kayou US retailer and Bandai Silver Store. If you ever have a question about the authenticity of a product you received from us, contact us and we’ll provide sourcing documentation.
How to Start a Return or Report an Issue
Email us at [email protected] or call 605-888-4994 with your order number and the nature of your issue. Do not ship anything back without contacting us first — unauthorized returns may not be processed.
We typically respond within one business day.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item (if applicable). You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order payments are fully refundable any time before your order ships. Once a pre-order has shipped, standard return policy terms apply.
Items We Cannot Accept Back
- Opened sealed product of any kind
- Items returned without prior authorization
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
- Items that show signs of damage caused after delivery
