These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of izzis.shop (the “Site”) and any purchases you make from Izzi’s Gym LLC (“Izzi’s Gym,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order through the Site. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products and Availability

We sell trading cards, sealed collectible products, hobby supplies, and related merchandise. Product availability, specifications, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display colors, images, and product details accurately, but we do not guarantee that your device will display them accurately, and minor variations in appearance are not grounds for return.

Certain products, including sealed trading card booster boxes and sealed collectibles, have no guaranteed contents beyond what the manufacturer advertises. We are not responsible for the chase cards, pull rates, or perceived value of cards pulled from sealed products.

4. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and exclude shipping and applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory shortages, or violations of these Terms. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

Payment is processed through our third-party payment providers. By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the full order total, including shipping and tax.

5. Shipping

Orders are shipped within the United States only. Processing times, available shipping methods, and transit estimates are described in our Shipping Policy at izzis.shop/shipping. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery of the package to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, and damage claims are governed by our Return & Refund Policy at izzis.shop/return. Sealed trading card products are final sale once opened. Please review that policy before initiating a return.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and the Site’s layout — is owned by Izzi’s Gym LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written permission.

Product names, brand names, and logos displayed on the Site (including but not limited to Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, One Piece TCG, Lorcana, Kayou, and other third-party brands) are the property of their respective owners. We sell authentic products as an independent retailer; we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any brand unless expressly stated.

8. User Conduct

When using the Site, you agree not to:

  • violate any applicable law or regulation;
  • submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems;
  • use automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) to interfere with the Site or exhaust inventory;
  • resell products purchased from us in a manner that misrepresents their origin or authenticity.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site or refuse future orders at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms.

9. Reviews and User Submissions

If you submit a review, comment, photo, or other content to the Site or our social channels, you grant Izzi’s Gym LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with our business. You represent that the content is yours to submit and does not violate the rights of any third party.

10. Disclaimers

The Site and all products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Izzi’s Gym LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Izzi’s Gym LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any products purchased from us. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or any order will not exceed the amount you paid for the order that gave rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Izzi’s Gym LLC and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Minnehaha County, South Dakota, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
