These answers summarize Izzi’s Gym’s current shipping policy. Check the policy and the options offered at checkout for your order.
How much is US shipping?
- Orders from $0 to $19.99: $1.99.
- Orders from $20 to $50: $5.99.
- Orders from $50.01 to $99.99: $9.99.
- Orders of $100 or more: free shipping.
The applicable rate is shown at checkout. These are order-value tiers; they are not a promise that each individual product ships at a fixed price.
When will my order arrive?
Orders have a one-day handling time and ship with USPS or UPS. Estimated delivery time is five to seven business days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.
Will I get tracking?
Orders over $50 include tracking. Orders of $50 or less ship without tracking. Orders over $250 are insured for their exact purchase value.
How are cards packed?
Raw cards ship in rigid envelopes. PSA slabs and sealed products ship in boxes.
Can I pick up at the store?
Free local pickup is available for eligible orders at 807 N Lake Ave, Sioux Falls, SD 57104. Choose pickup at checkout when it is offered, and wait for the ready-for-pickup notification before visiting. Bring your confirmation email.
Pickup hours are Thursday and Friday, 10 AM–9 PM; Saturday, 10 AM–8 PM; and Sunday, noon–8 PM, all Central Time. Closed Monday–Wednesday and Christmas Day.
How do I request a return?
Request a return within 30 days after receiving your item. Contact christopher@izzisgym.com for approval, the return address and instructions. Items must be in the same condition with original packaging and proof of purchase. Opened products sold sealed are excluded. PSA slabs must return in the same intact, untampered holder with the same certification number. See the full refund policy for damage, incorrect items and the refund process.
Which address should I use?
The pickup storefront is 807 N Lake Ave. For a return, use the address supplied with your return approval. Do not infer a receiving address from a separate mailing address in a legal policy.
